23 Doors Inspires Gasketed Bead

Alunet Systems launched its pre-gasketed clip-in bead for its BF73 system to save fitters time during installation. The move was inspired by working with a company called 23 Doors – which has operated in Manchester since 2021.  

23 Doors started manufacturing bi-fold doors using the bead in 2023. The feedback from their installers has been very positive, with some saying they have noticed improvements in use and a significant reduction in installation time per pane.

23 Doors has created a comprehensive guide and instructional video for the clip-in bead design, now accompanying every bi-fold door via a QR code.

Peter Colclough, the co-Founder of 23 Doors says: "I would recommend the new clip-in bead design to any manufacturer and installer. Now that we have the new product, we can remain competitive and continue providing as swift an installation service as possible."
