Read Full ArticleThe G24 Awards went ahead in the stunning surrounds of the Hilton Park Lane on the night of Friday 29 November. With a best bib and tucker clad audience of 610, the event was hosted by comedian Zoe Lyons – who handed out the awards to 14 winners.
The number of entries, including for Installer of the Year, Fabricator of the Year and FENSA Installation of the Year, was at its highest ever for these, the 20th anniversary iteration of the G-Awards. They are seen as the pinnacle – achieving finalist status is a high honour. To win is exceptional.

Promotional Campaign of the Year – VEKA plc.
Unsung Hero Award – Paul Hamilton, BM Group.
Customer Care Initiative of the Year – Evander Glazing & Locks.
Component Supplier of the Year – Thermoseal Group.
Rising Star Award – Anthony Leach, AluK GB.
Commercial Project of the Year – Escapade Silverstone by AluK GB and Arkay Contractors.
Sustainability Initiative of the Year – Saint-Gobain Glass.
Glass Machinery Supplier Award – Forel UK & Ireland.
New Product of the Year – Pilkington Mirai.
Best Business Initiative of the Year – Emplas.
Installer of the Year – Clearview Home Improvements.
Glass Company of the Year – Tough Glaze UK.
Fabricator of the Year – Warwick North West.
FENSA presented the FENSA Installation Award 2024 to Concept Glazing.
Incredible evening
Tony Higgin, the event organiser said: “What an incredible evening it was at the London Hilton on Park Lane. Heartfelt congratulations to this year's distinguished winners. The entries we received showcased an exceptional standard, both in creativity and execution, truly highlighting the remarkable innovation and professionalism that these individuals and teams bring to our industry. The atmosphere inside the hotel was electric, with the venue buzzing as we welcomed a full house of industry colleagues and esteemed guests.”
The awards enjoy the support of industry associations and media including FENSA, GGF, The Glazine and The Installer and The Fabricator Magazines.
Brian Shillibeer, Editorial Director of those magazines was a judge along with Bruce Turner, the technical officer at the Glass and Glazing Federation, Chris Beedel, head of government advocacy and stakeholder relations, also at the GGF. Dan Brown, the strategic relationship manager at GQA Qualifications, Danelle Vanstone, head of communications at Certass Certification and Jon Vanstone, chair of the Certass Trade Association. They were joined by Lauren Mawford, head of operations at the GGF, Lee Galley, the technical manager at RISA, Luke Wood, the editor of Glass Times, Mick Clayton, CEO of GQA Qualifications, Paul Howard of BRE, Rod Appleyard of Verification Associates, Sara Mikunda, co-founder of Liaison Communications and Sioned Yates, the owner & director of Access Marketing Ltd.
Next year’s date already announced
The G25 Awards will be held on 28 November 2025.
