Comp Door’s Commits To Capabilities

Since a modest starting point 2022, Comp Door has invested in its production capacity so that it now produces 500 doors per week. The investment goes on with new machinery, people and fleet.

The firm started with three employee and now has 56 skilled personnel across various departments. It recently added three CNC machines to its production arsenal, enhancing its precision and efficiency; an extra vacuum former; another wrapping machine; a new CNC corner cleaner; and a new edge bander, further improving the quality and finish of its composite doors.

Additionally, to cater to growing demand, Comp Door has acquired four new vans to facilitate the efficient delivery of doors nationwide.

Another area of investment was in achieving PAS 24:2022 earlier this year.

Reputation transformation

Richard Diliberto, sales director for Comp Door, says: “Our success lies our approach to solving common issues that were rife in the composite door industry such as warping, weathering and bowing, combined with poor customer care. We wanted to change that by making it our responsibility to transform the reputation of the industry. We have set a new benchmark for durability and longevity of composite doors, while our dedicated customer service team has been trained and deployed to provide a level of service previously uncharacteristic in our sector. Our level of measured, responsible investment and dedication has been pivotal in reshaping the reputation of composite doors – and we will not be slowing down anytime soon.”
