Emplas won the Best Business Initiative category at this year’s G-Awards, in recognition of its customer CRM and digital business management tool, EVA CRM.

Jody Vincent, the company’s sales director, said: “Winning this award proves that innovation is still a vital ingredient in the window, door and glass industry. We were up against seven other great entries, which makes this win even sweeter.”

Emplas’ EVA CRM is a comprehensive customer relationship management system, which brings every aspect of running an installation business into a single and connected platform, offering insights from lead generation through to financial performance – and lots of other things in between. 

The platform also consolidates key data into actionable reports, offering visibility into sales conversion, service call patterns and team performance.
