Amy Grundy and Matthew Adaway have been promoted to divisional sales directors at Veka and Paul Kennington is now technical director.

The move follows the appointment of Neil Evans to the post of MD.

Evans retains his board responsibility for leadership of the sales team. Grundy and Adaway will continue to lead the field based activity of the business from account management to new business development. In addition, each will take on extra responsibilities with Grundy supporting the internal sales support and customer service and Adaway leading the team of technical service engineers.

With the company since 2007, Grundy has been responsible for growing sales in all areas of the business from installer programmes, including Independent Network, to window profile. In recent years, she has lead on developing her team.

Adaway joined Veka from Velux in 2017, where he worked with Neil Evans and where he built his sales skills.

In a further restructure Paul Kennington, current head of technical, has been promoted to technical director.
