Never Quicker Than A Quick Kit Fitter

With installers looking for conservatory roof replacements that are quick and easy to install, the Warm Roof Pro comes in an ‘unbeatable’ kit form.

Eco-Logic Roofing Systems, the manufacturer and supplier, has gone from making five Warm Roof Pro roofs a week when lockdown first hit to currently producing between 25-30. The all-timber conservatory roof system uses structural insulated panels (SIPS) making it thermally efficient. And while this is a huge selling point, Eco-Logic Roofing Systems’ sales director Ian Cowling says its stress-free assembly on site is another reason for its growing popularity.

“With demand for home improvements at an all-time high, installers need to be able to do jobs quickly. Speedy installation also enables installers to reduce fitting costs, drives down time on site and causes less disruption for the homeowner during the project.”

Kit fit

“The Warm Roof Pro is supplied in kit form with an installation guide, fixings, breathable membrane, flashband and eaves trays to enable a quick, stress free assembly on site. The flat pack also makes it easier to transport and handle,” continues Eco-Logic’s Cowling.

Conservatory roof performance

Cowling adds: “Traditional polycarbonate roofs are renowned for making conservatories too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. With homeowners spending more time in their homes, making improvements so that the family is comfortable have been a priority. And while most solid conservatory roof systems comprising a structural aluminium skeleton covered with timber boards have been favoured in the past due to strength, they have always had issues with retaining heat. Constructed solely from timber, the Warm Roof Pro eliminates many of the issues associated with roofs with an aluminium skeleton, including metallic cold spots, condensation and frequent draughts helping a conservatory stay at a good temperature all year round.”

Training

Eco-Logic Roofing Systems also offering installation training, seven-10-day lead times, delivery to site, and on-site support for any manufacturing problems.
