GM Fundraising are backing the 21-year anniversary for Window Widgets and specifically the publication of the Little Pink Book of Jokes, which will be fuelled by submissions from across the industry and supported with sponsorship opportunities.

Everyone across the glazing and fenestration sectors will be encouraged to submit jokes for the Little Pink Book which can be done by emailing jokes@windowwidgets.co.uk

You can also visit the landing page at www.windowwidgets.co.uk/widgetscomedy

And of course there is social media - use the #WidgetsComedy hashtag.

Charity target

The publication will be designed, printed and distributed by Window Widgets who will cover the entire cost, whilst the aim from a fundraising aspect is to raise a minimum of £21,000 to be split equally between GM Fundraising and We Mind & Kelly Matters. There will also be a separate children’s activity and joke book published which will be distributed to local schools and by request to other schools across the UK.

Gary Morton, chairman and founder of GM Fundraising said: "This is a wonderful, selfless and thoughtful gesture, not to mention a novel way in which to celebrate an important business anniversary. As one of the beneficiaries for this campaign, GM Fundraising will be fully supportive to help raise much needed funds for us but also for John Hewitt and his We Mind & Kelly Matters charity, so please everyone give this your full support."

“We’re generating momentum by the week now with this campaign and publication. It was important for us to celebrate this business milestone but in a way that gives back to others associated with this industry, so we’re reaching out to everyone to get involved and to support these great charities.”
