Quite A Day For Q19

The team that acquired Window Widgets in 2019 has announced the acquisition of Profoil Limited and the formation of the Q19 Group. The deal completed on the 13 May 2022. 

Profoil is based in Kettering and provides foiling services to the fenestration and building materials markets in the UK and Republic of Ireland. 

The Q19 Group encompasses Window Widgets, Residence Collection and now Profoil, with manufacturing facilities in Gloucester and Kettering.

 

Window Widgets

Window Widgets began in 2000 and now has the lagest range of universal ancillaries for the fenestration market.

 

Residence Collection

In 2012, Window Widgets launched a window system in the form of Residence 9 and today it forms part of The Residence Collection of design led PVC-U window and door systems with colour to the fore.

 

Profoil

Profoil has been a specialist in foil lamination for over 25 years.

Q19 Group

The Q19 Group will implement an investment programme to support further growth across all its businesses. The deal was put together by the Q19 director team with advice from Cattaneo Corporate Finance and Legal Clarity, with financial support from Shawbrook Bank. The management of Profoil Limited was advised by Kingswood Business Sales, a division of Richmond Capital Partners.
