The team from Keylite Roof Windows wore their best shirts, and posh frocks as thier Integrated Expanding Thermal Collar was crowned ‘Best Roofing System or Product’ at the 2021 Build It Awards.

For the past decade, the Build It Awards, in association with BuildStore, has recognised the best new products, essential services, pioneering suppliers and innovative projects in the self-build industry.

Winners were announced at a gala dinner held at Hilton London Bankside just before Christmas.

Keylite’s patented Integrated Expanding Thermal Collar is integrated into the frame of every Keylite roof window no matter what size, style or specification. It expands to fill and fully insulate the gap around the frame of the window to help eliminate condensation and cold bridging, whilst improving air tightness, Psi Values for SAP and the overall thermal performance of the roof window.
