Working with developer-designer HUB Residential, the coach company's investment team has secured planning on the site of the a former National Express bus garage in South Digbeth.
shedkm will be the architect of what is called the Bordesley Junction masterplan. It is expected that the parties will subsequently ask for a planning review that will increase the number of properties on the six acre site to 2,120 - most of which will be flats.
Two acres will be handed over to public realm with the site boasting 200 metres of canal frontage.
