CDW Systems has added Smart’s AluSpace internal screening system to its product range. CDW says that the product matches its Alitherm heritage windows and doors range.

AluSpace can be used to divide or partition both residential and commercial spaces of any shape and size. It also providies an effective acoustic barrier at the same time.

 “AluSpace is a great addition to our portfolio. It is a simplified version of Smart’s Heritage range. It is single glazed, Although a double-glazed unit can also be incorporated if required for enhanced acoustic performance.”

Options

The versatile system (which is not thermally broken) has a choice of hinged single and double doors, as well as pivot and sliding options to accompany the fixed glazed screen. There is also a wide range of options and accessories, including a choice of classic, modern and industrial handles. It is said to be easy to install and requires minimal maintenance.

Steel looks

Phillips adds: “Our heritage range has had a lot of success with our trade customers throughout the UK as well as in our local Gloucestershire area where there are many older properties in need of refurbishment. We expect AluSpace to follow suit as its lines are associated with traditional steel doors and windows.”
