Walsall Glass Firm Buys Old LAG

United Glass Group, with its headquarters in Walsall, has acquired established firm London Architectural Glass (LAG), based in Hayes near Heathrow.

Expert advisors from Midlands law firm Higgs & Sons represented United Glass Group (UGG) in the acquisition having assisted the buyer with three similar deals in recent years.

UGG has received £4.5 million towards the acquisition from Duke Royalty Limited, a provider of alternative capital solutions and an existing partner.

LAG is a UK supplier of bespoke architectural glass to premium residential, educational and heritage projects throughout the UK.
