A suite of three premium window and door systems from fabricator Tradelink comfortably beats the requirement for all window and door installations to have a minimum U-value of 1.4W/m2K and a B WER (window energy rating).
The Residence Collection achieves A++ WER with a U-value of 1.2 W/m2K as standard and at least 0.8 W/m2K utilising double or triple glazing respectively.
The suite of products provides a range of flush PVC-U window and door systems to suit modern, period, conservation, listed or heritage homes.
Come on you Rs
R9s is a 100mm deep window and door system that blends the traditional aesthetic of a flush exterior with a decorative interior to replicate a 19th century timber look.
R7 has a seven-chamber design in a 75mm deep profile to produce a flush style inside and out. A traditional mechanical joint gives a timber look to the window or a mitre welding technique can fuse the joints diagonally for a contemporary appearance or a Graf weld provides a seamless diagonal weld. The Timberweld process welds the profiles with a timber look to both sides or a MechWeld/external timber look gives a diagonal weld to the internal face, with a timber look externally.
Modern lines
R2s has clean lines. The window and door system has a flush sash exterior and a square interior that produces an appearance that works well for modern interiors. All glass sightlines are equal, providing symmetry. R2s accommodates both triple and double glazing attaining Passivhaus standard U-Values of 0.79 w/m²k with triple glazing and 1.2 with double glazing.
Accessories
All three Residence Collection suites are available with a choice of accessories and a range of colours and shades to suit different architectural periods and design tastes.
